AWhat an active meeting.  Internet Explorer is obviously a tool you want to get to grips with.  The reason why the download of Adobe Acrobat at the end of the session didn't work is quite simple.  I didn't follow the instructions.  Thereby hangs a lesson for us all, and I'll explain all next Saturday.
