Because it's the first session of the new term and some students won't yet be back after their winter breaks, what we'll be doing is to revise everything we did last term, and I'll give you the chance to ask questions about anything you're not sure of. For the first few weeks of this year we'll be using Moira Stephen's book - pages 97 onwards - so there will be little, if anything, from me by way of notes.
However, for the beginners, I've written a complete document on accessing and using The Internet, which you my find useful
It can be downloaded from our downloads page as internet.pdf, but this is a fairly large file containing a 29 page document.
