A record attendance, with close to 30 people crammed into the room.  Good to see you all.  When it came to our final look at quoteing and signatures, everything seemed to go wrong.  We'll get trid of the gremlins and try again next week.  Our start on Word Processing went more smoothly, and we're getting down to look at the basics - it seem that some of the simpler techniques are new to even more experienced students, so hopefully everybody is learning something.
